Point Blank names Natasha Wilson as new CEO
November 1, 2024Point Blank, Canada’s largest fully unionized and award-winning creative agency, has appointed Natasha Wilson (she/her) as its next Chief Executive Officer. Nat has spent the last four years as Point Blank’s Chief Strategy Officer, focused on client-impact, emerging technologies and national growth.

Nat will work alongside Natalie Duronio (COO) and Aimee Churchill (CPO), while Ash Arden, the company’s current CEO, will continue to serve as Board Chair, providing high-level oversight and supporting the leadership team through the transition.

The CEO transition will take full effect January 1, 2025, with Nat based in Point Blank’s Toronto office, Ash serving as Chair of the Board from Victoria, Natalie managing internal company operations from the Vancouver office, and Aimee managing projects and teams from Calgary.
