Vancouver, British Columbia is known as “Hollywood North.” But when people think of our biggest motion pictures, they really only think of actors and directors. Sure, Ryan Renolds is pretty cool, but what about the makeup artists, set builders, costume designers, sound engineers and VFX artists?
To raise awareness for the thousands of IATSE 891 members working behind the scenes, we re-imagined what some of the province’s biggest movies and shows might be like without the skilled artists and technicians of IATSE 891.
