Oxfam needed parents to see that universal child care benefits everyone and inspire communities to join them in their campaign to demand better from the federal government.
We took parents’ real stories of the stressful search for child care and recreated the fruitless hunt in an animated Where’s Waldo world. But instead of finding the man in a striped sweater viewers had to find child care.
